Q: How do you make your painting and prints?

A: WLart offers Original Oil Paintings painted on canvas.
Druring years many of original painting are sold but I can recreative same object and high quality Fine Art Prints by using the morst current print knowledge of giclee and the latest print medium canvas. All the prints are limited edition by artist Liang Wei. He customizes each of his prints to different sizes, and each size is limited to 150 editions, all the prints certificate and signed, numbered by Liang Wei. There are three ways for custom to chosen prints:
1. prints only.
2. Double Mated Prints.
3. Framed Prints.

Q: Are your prints Framed?

 

A: We do offer custom framing. Customers can choose samples from Studio Moulding on-line which we are familiar. Then, simply let us know the item number of choice, and we will add the framing costs and labor to the price of the artwork.

if our customer prefers for us to frame their piece by using their own frame, there will no charge for assembly.

We find, however, that most of our customers prefer to have their framing done locally after they receive their painting. Many people want to choose their frame to match their room interiors and their own personal tastes. There are frame shops all over the world where the customer can be advised and helped in selecting the frame most suited to their taste and room design.

We always happy to help our customer, whichever option they choose.

Q: Explain your guarantee policy.

A: We have a 100% money back guarantee policy. Upon the receipt of your painting, if you are not fully satisfied, or if you want to have some detail changed, please return the canvas within 20 days in good condition. Depending on the request, we will return your money or return the painting with the revised details.( See our return policy.)

 

A: Your painting will be insured and safely posted. We ship to any location in the world. The artwork is packed in strong and secure post-boxes. (We must have a street address for delivery.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.)

The normal turn-around time for a landscape painting is 2-3 weeks from the time of your order. We will contact you at completion of the artwork, so that you will know when to expect the arrival of your painting.

 

A: Shipping charges vary by weight, size and speed of delivery. If you order over two paintings, your shipping will be free. Otherwise a $16 dollar charge will apply. The postal expenses are calculated based on the standard prices of the paintings. Outside Washington sate customers pay no tax.

 

A: Major credit cards such as Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover Cards are acceptable. We also accept Money Orders, Bank Checks or Personal Checks. However a Personal Check payment may defer the work for 7 business days (for clearance). If you prefer to pay on-line you may also use a PayPal.com account to make your payment.

PayPal is our authorized credit card processor (it is the major credit card processor in the U.S.). You can make a payment this way by just pressing "add" at the shopping cart button. Your credit card information is absolutely secure and confidential and will be used only for purchasing your order.
